Do I need an ID?
Yes — a valid NPC Student ID is required for purchases, returns, and book buyback. Get your ID in Enrollment Services (2nd Floor, Commons).
A driver’s license is required with personal check payments.

What cards do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, and Discover — debit or credit.

What’s your return policy?

·         Must have a valid receipt

·         Returns within 2 weeks of class start

·         Items must be in original condition

·         Shrink-wrapped/access codes must be unopened

·         General merchandise: return within 7 days with receipt

·         NPC Student ID required

📖 Textbook FAQs

How do I find required textbooks?
Use the Textbook Lookup on the Campus Store page with your course and section numbers.

Can I order textbooks online?
Yes — order through the Campus Store site. Allow 3 business days for processing.
Choose in-store pickup (free) or FedEx shipping (additional fee).

What if I drop a class?
Return textbooks immediately before the return deadline.

What supplies do I need?
Check your instructor’s syllabus.

💵 Book Buyback FAQs

When is book buyback?
Daily, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM at the Campus Store.

Do I need my NPC ID?
Yes.

Can I sell someone else’s books?
No.

Can I sell old or out-of-college books?
Bring them in — we’ll evaluate them.
We also buy for a wholesale company, and offers depend on condition, demand, and resale value.

When is the last day to use financial aid in the store?
See the Campus Store home page for current deadlines.

Do I need to bring financial aid info?
No — we’ll print your schedule and aid data at checkout.

What if my aid isn’t showing?
We’ll refer you to Financial Aid for approval.

Will my purchases be deducted from aid?
Yes.

How do I check my financial aid balance?
Log in to your OASIS account.

When will store charges show on OASIS?
Usually by the next business day.

Can I charge online textbook orders to financial aid?
Yes — select that option during checkout.

Can I charge someone else’s items to my aid account?
No.
